Production Process

At our company, we follow a planned production process. Our entire range of sanitaryware is made from special quality clay, which is used after mixing with water. The mixture is used by us after filtering it with the use of screens to sieve out impurities. We then fill this mixture into molds of different shapes and allow them to be completely dried. Once they get dried, we remove the castings from the molds and give right finishing to them with the use of several intricate hand tools and sponges. After this, the edges of every piece are finished and holes are made for fittings and drains. In the next stage, we use dryers to completely dry the castings and then the glaze finishing is done. All the developed pieces are then moved through kilns.
